she is little, brown doe eyed,comes in a small package, but delivers with the vibrato of a lioness! it’s christina courtin. i had the pleasure of meeting her because she just happened to be stopping thru L.A. while i was staying at the Crushmont. i can’t believe i hadn’t heard of her before. her voice is like a cross between Regina Spektor, Catpower, and that of Feist. i love when new music finds me. she studied violin at the prestigious Juilliard School, but her passion was her singing. i am so honored to have gotten to see her perform at the Troubadour this last Thursday. i have been obsessively listening to her self titled album on repeat for the last 3 days. please take a moment if you can to check out her live tapings on YouTube or check out her music on her website. she is adorable. thank you for sharing your voice.
