who loves KETCHUP?!
weLL…i did..before i did this commercial.
my friend matty p. who is an amazing director asked if i wanted to help him produce this commercial. i said “sure”. i wanted the experience and also, i wanted to take part creatively and bring on board David Myrick the director of photography and kara clyburn, the art director. those are two in this community that i have been wanting to work with for a long time. AND to top it off, eduardo mayen even came in last day to help too! with no budget…and me working at my normal 9-5′er it was kinda difficult being super sleuthy and working as a parasite from my office job…but i think i did a great job. we finished two spots in two days. we totally ran into some technical difficutly shooting on the Panasonic P2, but in the end…we pulled it off. my company that i produce at, Company 3 did the telecine for it and Chris Chynoweth of Mad River Post Detroit did the editing. we are getting overwhelming positive responses for both spots. which one’s your favorite?
